Who can take part
- You must be a candidate for standard treatment with chemotherapy plus radiation followed by durvalumab (a type of immunotherapy).
- You must have a diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed within the last 3 months.
- Your cancer must be stage 3, locally advanced, and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be safely injected with the study drug and treated with special radiation (IMRT).
- You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have a history of certain immune deficiencies, recent serious heart problems, another active cancer, or bleeding disorders that would interfere with the study injections.
