  • You have diabetes and are between 55 and 65 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is over 25
  • You have been diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes)
  • You take pills for diabetes and your blood sugar is under control
  • Your blood pressure is moderately controlled
  • You do not have a pacemaker, metal implants, or open foot sores
