Nerve Stimulation and Virtual Training for Diabetic Nerve Pain

Who can take part

  • You have diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes) with moderate-to-severe nerve pain symptoms
  • You score 4 or higher on the DN4 questionnaire (a standard nerve pain assessment)
  • You have normal or near-normal nerve sensation when tested with a vibration device
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head or brain shunt
  • You do not have a skin allergy that would prevent wearing electrodes on your skin
  • You can understand and follow instructions (normal cognitive function)
