Who can take part

  • You have moderate to severe nerve pain in your feet or legs from diabetes
  • You score 4 or higher on a nerve pain screening questionnaire
  • You have numbness or reduced sensation in your feet (measured by a sensitivity test)
  • You have no metal implants in your head or brain shunt
  • You have no allergies to electrode patches or skin contact materials
  • You can follow instructions and participate in sessions (no significant memory or thinking problems)
