Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with insomnia, and your sleep problems are moderately severe (score >10 on a standard insomnia test).
  • You have not taken psychiatric medications for at least 8 weeks, or you've been on a stable dose (but not benzodiazepines like Valium or Xanax).
  • You do not have another major mental health condition (except mild anxiety or depression).
  • You have not had certain other insomnia treatments like electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, or cognitive behavioral therapy before.
