Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with insomnia based on standard psychiatric criteria (DSM-5).
  • Your sleep quality score on a common sleep questionnaire is greater than 5.
  • You are at least 18 years old and have completed junior high school or higher education.
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have a serious physical or mental illness that puts you at risk of suicide.
  • You do not have a diagnosed sleep disorder like sleep apnea, restless legs, or a circadian rhythm disorder, and you do not work rotating shifts.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not currently receiving any other talk therapy.
