Manual therapy for low back pain in women with osteopenia

Who can take part

  • You are a woman who went through natural menopause at least 1 year ago
  • You are between 50 and 60 years old
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) over 30
  • You have low back pain (pain below your ribs and above your buttocks)
  • You have been told you have osteopenia (bone density lower than normal but not osteoporosis)
  • You are not a smoker and you are able to walk and do daily activities
