A new survey for POTS and related conditions

Cardiac Dysautonomia

This study is testing a new questionnaire to measure symptoms in people with POTS, IST, or vasovagal syncope. The goal is to create a tool that better captures how these conditions affect your daily life.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with POTS, IST (inappropriate sinus tachycardia), or vasovagal syncope.
  • You do not have severe heart failure (NYHA class III or IV).
  • You do not have severe COPD (GOLD stage 3 or 4, group C or D).
  • You do not have active cancer that is not in remission.
  • You do not have an autoimmune disease that requires long-term steroids or immune-suppressing medications.
  • You do not have end-stage kidney disease on dialysis, liver cirrhosis, or a history of organ or bone marrow transplant requiring immune-suppressing drugs.
