Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of POTS (a condition that makes your heart race when you stand up).
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your medications have been the same for at least the last 7 days.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are not taking any medications for blood pressure or heart rate control.
  • You can stand without help for at least 2 minutes and can do simple leg movements like squatting or sitting.
