Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have mantle cell lymphoma that came back or didn't respond after at least one prior treatment.
  • You are currently taking a BTK inhibitor (like ibrutinib, acalabrutinib, or zanubrutinib) and it used to work but now the lymphoma is getting worse.
  • Your cancer is measurable on a scan (for example, a lymph node at least 1.5 cm or a tumor at least 1 cm).
  • Your overall health status is good (ECOG score of 2 or lower, meaning you can care for yourself or are up and about more than half the day).
  • You have adequate blood cell counts (like neutrophils and platelets) and your kidney and liver functions are within acceptable limits.
