Who can take part
- You have a type B aortic dissection (a tear in the aorta) that extends down past the celiac artery near your belly.
- You are suitable for a stent graft (a mesh tube) placed in your aorta, and this treatment is planned within 90 days of your symptoms starting.
- You can provide written consent to participate and follow the study requirements.
- You do not have aortic rupture, bowel damage, very advanced kidney disease, or active cancer.
- You do not have certain connective tissue disorders like Marfan or Ehlers-Danlos syndromes.
- You have not had a major heart or blood vessel event (like a heart attack or stroke) in the last 90 days.
