Who can take part
- You must be a man 18 or older, or a woman who is not pregnant
- You have a type B aortic dissection (a tear in the main artery) that is high-risk, with a narrow true channel or poor blood flow to organs
- You are healthy enough for a stent procedure and can undergo general anesthesia
- You do not have conditions like Marfan syndrome, recent heart attack or stroke, severe kidney or liver problems, or a life expectancy under 1 year
- You must agree to participate and attend follow-up visits
