- You are older than 21 years.
- You have a type B aortic dissection that does not reach the artery near your neck, and it has not caused a rupture or blocked blood flow to organs.
- You are between 48 hours and 6 weeks from when you were first admitted to the hospital for this dissection.
- You do not have an active infection, are not pregnant, and have no genetic condition that affects your aorta.
- You are willing and able to follow all study procedures.
