  • You are over 18 years old
  • You have heterosexual vaginal intercourse
  • You have a stable, monogamous relationship
  • You have been diagnosed with premature ejaculation by a doctor
  • You do not have severe erectile dysfunction
  • You have not taken anxiety medications or PE treatments in the last 2 months
