Testing YOLT-204 for blood transfusions in beta-thalassemia

Transfusion Dependent Beta Thalassemia

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia, but not the beta0/beta0 type.
  • You have a good performance status (able to take care of yourself, score of at least 70 on the Karnofsky scale).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working normally based on blood tests and heart scan.
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant or prior gene therapy.
  • You are willing to come for regular visits and follow long-term.
