Who can take part

  • You are a first-line manager of nursing or lab staff in a hospital.
  • You have at least 6 months of experience as a manager.
  • You work at least 50% of your time as a manager.
  • Or, you are an employee whose manager is joining this study.
  • Employees cannot be casual workers.
  • For the optional diary and activity tracking part, you need at least 6 months of work experience in your current role.
