  • You are between 25 and 50 years old.
  • You swim at least 3 to 4 times per week.
  • You are a licensed competitive swimmer in the masters category.
  • You have not had a sports injury in the last 6 months that affects your swimming.
  • You do not regularly do strength training (like lifting weights).
