Who can take part
- You are between 9 and 13 years old
- You swim butterfly or backstroke and swim at least 4 hours a week
- You have shoulder pain
- You are not currently in a swimming competition
- You do not have a past arm fracture or surgery, a neurological condition, or scoliosis
