  • You are a competitive swimmer.
  • You are between 12 and 24 years old.
  • You swim in training at least 6 days a week.
  • You swim at least 12 hours each week in training.
  • You started swimming at least 6 years ago.
  • You swim fast enough to qualify for Turkish National Championships in your age group.
