  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You play tennis at least twice a week and have for a year or more, at a recreational to competitive non-professional level
  • You can serve flat without pain
  • You haven't had shoulder or back pain or injury in the last 6 months
  • You are not pregnant and don't have any nerve or muscle condition like uncontrolled diabetes
