This study is for people in the Capital Region of Denmark who are at least 50 years old and have certain health conditions that put them at risk for a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but doesn't relax properly. The study aims to find and help people before heart failure develops.

Who can take part
- You live in the Capital Region of Denmark (Greater Copenhagen area).
- You are 50 years old or older, but under 90.
- You have at least two risk factors for heart failure with preserved pumping (like high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, atrial fibrillation, being overweight, sleep apnea, previous heart surgery, heart disease, or taking a water pill called furosemide). If you are 60 or older, you only need one risk factor.
- You do not already have heart failure.
- You do not have dementia, live in a nursing home, have amyloidosis, or are on dialysis.
- You have not had cancer (except skin cancer) in the last 5 years, and you have not had an organ transplant.
- You do not have certain serious lung conditions like COPD, lung fibrosis, or need home oxygen.
