  • Your average blood sugar (HbA1c or GMI) from the past month is less than 9.9%
  • You use a Dexcom G7 continuous glucose monitor as part of your routine care
  • You have no other major health conditions that make exercise unsafe (like kidney disease or gastroparesis)
