Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9
  • You can run for 45 minutes without stopping at a heart rate of 75 to 85 percent of your maximum
  • You exercise regularly and your usual wake-up time allows you to eat breakfast at 8 AM
  • If you are a woman, you are not pregnant and have been using a stable form of hormonal birth control for at least 3 months
  • You are willing to follow the study schedule, eat the provided meals, and wear a continuous glucose monitor
