Who can take part

  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery (using your own tissue or a donor's) at least one year ago.
  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your knee pain is the main problem, and it's from post-traumatic osteoarthritis (confirmed by a doctor with X-rays or other imaging).
  • You have not had a knee injection in the last 3 months, and you are not currently using oral steroids or anti-inflammatory drugs.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, bone screws, or other metal implants that would prevent an MRI or shockwave treatment.
