Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have had a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in one knee only.
- You have not had any other knee injuries or previous ACL surgery on that knee.
- Your ACL was reconstructed using a hamstring tendon graft.
- You do not have conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or osteoporosis.
- You have not had a knee injection in the last 6 months.
