Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery using your own tissue (either from your kneecap tendon or hamstring)
  • You have not had shockwave or pressure wave therapy before
  • You speak English and can consent to participate
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • This is your first ACL surgery on that knee (not a revision/redo surgery)
