Who can take part

  • You must have ovarian, prostate, breast, or pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You cannot have active hepatitis B or C, or HIV.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and not have severe stomach issues.
  • If you are able to become pregnant or have a partner who can, you must agree to use highly effective birth control during the trial and for 6 months after.
