Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have given your consent to join the trial.
  • You have a solid tumor that is locally advanced or has spread, and you have already tried the usual treatments without success.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
  • You are in generally good health (able to take care of yourself, ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live 3 months or more.
  • You are willing to provide a stored tumor sample or have a new biopsy taken.
  • You do not have serious health problems like uncontrolled infections, active other cancers, severe heart or lung disease, or HIV/hepatitis.
