Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic cancer that fits the specific study part (solid tumors or HER2-negative breast cancer).
- Your tumor has certain DNA repair gene changes (like DDR gene loss), or your breast cancer has a harmful BRCA mutation—based on prior or available test results.
- You must be able to wait after your last cancer treatment: stop chemo/targeted or study drugs for at least 21 days (or 5 half-lives), and stop hormone/cancer endocrine therapies at least 7 days (unless prostate cancer).
- All side effects (toxicities) from prior treatment or surgery should be resolved, and you should have enough organ function and a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You can’t be pregnant, and you (or your partner, if applicable) must use highly effective birth control during the study.
- You must not have certain exclusions like uncontrolled lung inflammation, certain stomach/bowel problems, active MDS/AML, untreated or progressing brain metastases, recent major surgery, or a recent live vaccine.
