Do amino acids help maintain muscle in young men?

Healthy Males

This study looks at how certain amino acids (building blocks of protein) help maintain muscle mass. Healthy young men eat a special diet and have their muscle protein production measured to see if non-essential amino acids matter for keeping muscles strong.

Muscle-building effects of amino acids in young men

This study looks at how continuously high levels of amino acids (protein building blocks) affect muscle growth in healthy young men. It aims to understand if your muscles can still respond to extra amino acids when they are already elevated.
