Who can take part
- You are 5 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus (SLE) and still have moderate to severe symptoms despite trying at least 3 months of high-dose steroids, hydroxychloroquine, and at least two other lupus medications.
- Your lupus disease activity score (SLEDAI-2K) is 8 or higher.
- Your major organs are working well enough, as shown by tests like heart ultrasound, kidney function, and liver blood tests.
- You have not had CAR T-cell therapy before, and you do not have an active infection like tuberculosis or HIV.
