- You are between 18 and 79 years old.
- You have HPV-positive head and neck cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
- If you had surgery, it was at least 4 weeks ago and you have high-risk features (like positive margins or cancer outside the lymph node).
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (M0 stage).
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts meet minimum healthy levels.
