Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 79 years old.
  • You have HPV-positive head and neck cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
  • If you had surgery, it was at least 4 weeks ago and you have high-risk features (like positive margins or cancer outside the lymph node).
  • Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (M0 stage).
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts meet minimum healthy levels.
