Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You work at least 30 hours per week
  • You have shoulder pain that started more than 6 weeks ago
  • Your shoulder pain is related to rotator cuff problems, shoulder arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis
  • You have not had shoulder surgery or a steroid injection in the last 3 months
  • You are not currently getting physical therapy or other treatments for your shoulder (except medications for arthritis)
