  • You had a stroke between 3 months and 3 years ago.
  • You live at home (not in a nursing home or hospital).
  • You can walk on your own without help from a person or device.
  • You have not done more than 10 minutes of brisk walking or similar activity in the past week.
  • You have daily access to the internet (at least a few hours a day).
  • You get medical clearance from your doctor to join the study.
