Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 80 years old and had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) more than 12 months ago.
  • You can partially open your fingers and thumb, and bend your wrist back a little, from a fully closed fist.
  • You use your affected arm less than you could — for example, you tend to use your good arm instead.
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone and at least one app.
  • You are not currently getting Botox injections in your arm or taking part in other experimental treatments.
