This study tests if wearing small sensors on your arm at home and using a smartphone app can help improve how you use your weaker arm after a stroke. It is designed for people who are at least a year past their stroke and want to take an active role in their recovery.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 80 years old and had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) more than 12 months ago.
- You can partially open your fingers and thumb, and bend your wrist back a little, from a fully closed fist.
- You use your affected arm less than you could — for example, you tend to use your good arm instead.
- You are comfortable using a smartphone and at least one app.
- You are not currently getting Botox injections in your arm or taking part in other experimental treatments.
