Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with dedifferentiated liposarcoma that has spread and you have not had any systemic therapy yet
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0-1) and your organs are working well
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during and for 8 weeks after the study
