This trial studies a treatment called lifileucel that uses your own immune cells to fight the cancer. It is for people with a type of soft tissue sarcoma that has not responded to previous treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be 16 years or older.
- You must have a type of soft tissue sarcoma called UPS or DDLPS that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread.
- You must have received at least one but no more than three prior treatments for your cancer, including one containing a drug called anthracycline.
- Your cancer must be getting worse despite treatment.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be surgically removed (about 1.5 cm or larger) to make the therapy, plus another tumor that can be measured.
- You should have recovered from side effects of previous treatments, and your organs must be working well enough.
