Who can take part

  • You must have a type of liposarcoma called dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) that has spread or can't be removed by surgery.
  • You need to be 18 or older and able to swallow pills.
  • You cannot have had treatment with a selective CDK4 inhibitor (like palbociclib) or a MEK inhibitor (like mirdametinib) before.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart must be working well enough – your doctor can check this with blood tests and scans.
  • You must not have uncontrolled infections, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions that could interfere with the trial.
