  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You can do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have a confirmed head and neck cancer (squamous cell) that is stage 3 or 4a and hasn't been treated yet.
  • You have not previously received immunotherapy drugs like PD-1 or CTLA-4 antibodies.
  • You are not on high doses of steroids or other strong immune-suppressing medications.
