Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have untreated oral cancer that is stage III or IVb and confirmed by biopsy.
  • You should be in generally good health (able to do daily activities without help).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during and for 8 weeks after treatment; men must also use contraception.
  • You cannot have had prior immunotherapy (like PD-1 or PD-L1 drugs) or have certain bleeding or clotting disorders.
