Who can take part
- You must be receiving one of these antibiotics: ampicillin/sulbactam, cefazolin, cefepime, ceftriaxone, clindamycin, ertapenem, levofloxacin, metronidazole, or piperacillin/tazobactam
- You must be hospitalized or expected to be admitted to the hospital
- You must not have received the same antibiotic recently (within the last few days depending on the drug)
- You must be 18 years or older
- You cannot be pregnant
- You cannot be a prisoner
