Who can take part

  • You have severe tricuspid valve leakage.
  • Your heart team says you are at medium or high risk from tricuspid valve surgery.
  • You have been on heart failure medications (like water pills) for at least 30 days.
  • You have symptoms like shortness of breath or tiredness during daily activities (NYHA class II, III, or IV).
  • You have not had a prior tricuspid valve repair or replacement.
  • Your heart's pumping strength (left ventricle) is at least 20%.
