Who can take part

  • You are not very active (less than 150 minutes of exercise each week)
  • You spend more than 3 hours per day sitting and using screens
  • You own an Android phone that is at least 4 years old (version 8.0 or newer)
  • You have high-speed internet at home or unlimited data on your phone
  • You are willing to wear a small activity tracker and glucose monitor during the study
  • You do not have diabetes, are not pregnant, and do not smoke
