Who can take part

  • Age 26 or older
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher, or 25 if you are Asian
  • Not active enough (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week)
  • Spend 3 or more hours each day sitting with screens (like TV, phone, computer) and usually continue past 9pm
  • Typically eat or drink something after 8pm
  • Have at least two of these: large waist, high blood pressure, low good cholesterol, high triglycerides, or high blood sugar
