Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have class 1 obesity (BMI between 30 and 34.9). This is a specific level of obesity.
  • You have been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (a cluster of conditions like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and abnormal cholesterol).
  • You hear ringing or other sounds in both ears that have lasted for more than 6 months (this is called chronic subjective tinnitus).
  • You do NOT have a serious health problem with your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, legs, or nervous system (like heart failure, liver disease, or inability to walk).
