Who can take part

  • You must have metastatic prostate cancer that is still growing even with hormone therapy.
  • You must have tried at least one other hormone therapy (like abiraterone) and it stopped working.
  • You cannot have had enzalutamide before (except in certain parts of the study).
  • You cannot have had chemotherapy for this type of cancer.
  • You must have good general health and organ function.
