Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced, recurrent, or metastatic melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery, but not melanoma that started in the eye.
- Your melanoma has not responded to or has stopped responding to PD-1 antibody treatment.
- You have failed at least two prior treatments for your melanoma. If you have a BRAF mutation, you must have tried a BRAF/MEK inhibitor. If you have an NRAS mutation, you must have tried Tunlametinib.
- You have at least one tumor that can be surgically removed to collect immune cells, and another tumor that can be measured after the procedure.
