Who can take part
- You have a type of heart disease with scarring, either from a prior heart attack or other cause.
- You've had a fast, regular heartbeat (ventricular tachycardia) that lasted more than 30 seconds or needed a defibrillator to stop, within the last 6 months.
- You've tried medication or had your defibrillator treat this fast heartbeat, but it returned.
- You have a defibrillator or special pacemaker that's been in place for at least 3 months.
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You are willing to follow the study schedule and sign a consent form.
