Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a structural heart condition (like from a past heart attack or other causes).
  • You have an implanted ICD or CRT-D device to manage heart rhythms.
  • You have had at least one catheter ablation for ventricular tachycardia in the past.
  • You have had at least one episode of symptomatic ventricular tachycardia since that ablation.
  • You are on the best possible heart failure and antiarrhythmic medications.
