Who can take part

  • You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes and were diagnosed at least 1 year ago
  • You give yourself insulin with multiple daily injections for at least 6 months
  • You check your blood sugar with fingersticks and have not used a CGM or flash glucose monitor in the last 6 months
  • Your recent A1c level (a measure of average blood sugar) is between 8% and 10%
